Apliiq is a fashion on demand platform enabling entrepreneurs, creatives, and artists to start and scale their own online businesses with limited financial resources and risk. Our patented manufacturing and fulfillment technology produces private labeled, retail quality garments, with no minimums in about a week. We fulfill directly to end customers, saving our selling partners time and energy, allowing them to focus on the creative and marketing elements to drive their businesses.
About The Position
This is an entry-level position with room for growth! We will provide paid training for this position.
As a Customer Satisfaction Assistant you will be a trusted partner to Apliiq customers and take an active role in helping them start and grow their apparel brands. You are comfortable interfacing with customers through email, chat, phone, and video.
Common Tasks Customer Satisfaction Assistants Do:
● Answering calls, emails, live chats, and social media comments from customers
● Handle customer questions and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
● Manage orders; cancel, refund, invoice, add/remove products
● Interact with Production team
● Ask customers to share their great experiences publically
● Keep records of customer interactions in Apliiq’s preferred system
● Identifies and resolves minor Customer Service issues
● Additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
● Performs routine assignments in the entry level of the Apliiq Professional Career Path
● Develops competence by performing structured work assignments
● Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
● Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills; typing average of 40+ WPM
● Ability to quickly adopt new technology to solve business problems
● High school diploma or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental skills, principles and concepts
Physical Requirements:
● Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods
● May require bending, stooping, reaching up and lifting up to 50 pounds
Measures of Success:
This role is critical to the overall success of the business. Accordingly, key measures of success for the position will be:
● Job Knowledge: Complete training, basic understanding of our suite of products and services
● Job Performance: Meets goals for closed tickets, live chats, positive customer reviews, repeat business
● Teamwork: Works well with others, friendly and respectful
● Attendance/Punctuality: Meet expectations for attendance and absenteeism
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $620.00 - $850.00 per week
