Job Description:
As a Client Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact and dedicated liaison for our valued clients. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our clients' accounts are well-maintained, their needs are met, and they receive the highest level of service and support throughout their partnership with our company. You will be responsible for their account being in great standing (having all their needs met and going above and beyond with meticulous detail and communication) to ensure they are being serviced exceptionally well. The client’s well-being rests in your hands. This is not merely maintaining their account but making sure they are thriving and thinking two-steps ahead of them while communicating and documenting every step.
This position is full-time onsite as we would like this individual to grow with us. Our penthouse offices overlook the ocean and marina, and we firmly believe in working hard and enjoying the success we achieve together.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and satisfaction, address any concerns, and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing strategists, designers, and analysts, to ensure the successful execution of clients' marketing campaigns and projects.
- Proactively communicate with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their projects, campaign performance, and any relevant updates or recommendations.
- Serve as a proactive communicator, thinking two steps ahead and anticipating clients' needs, providing guidance and strategic recommendations.
- Document all client interactions, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records of communications, agreements, and action items.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, effectively conveying clients' requirements and expectations, and ensuring seamless execution of projects.
- Monitor and analyze clients' campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Very detail oriented, with exceptional communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer success, account management, or similar client-facing role is required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and project management tools.
- A background and understanding of digital marketing concepts and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- A passion for delivering exceptional client service and a commitment to client success.
