Job Role :
· The specialist is expected to summarize the physician-patient encounter in an ambient setting.
· To capture the clinical content of the conversation with very high accuracy within the guidelines provided for this scribing, for AI learning.
· Do cross-annotate, will review the work done by another specialist as a second review.
· To edit drafts created by different AI models within the specifications given for editing draft content.
· To ensure maximum consistency in annotating.
· Ensure formatting in reports are maintained according to Research guidelines.
· Adapt seamlessly to changes in the training process.
Skills we are looking for:
· Minimum 8 to 15 years of experience in scribing/transcription/coding experience in clinical documentation.
· Experience in multiple specialty documentation.
· Knowledge of medical terminology, AHDI guidelines and procedures.
· Ability to operate designated word processing, dictation, and transcription equipment, and other equipment as specified.
· Ability to access appropriate reference materials.
· Excellent listening skills and ability to understand diverse accents and dialects and varying dictation styles.
· Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.
· Ability to use excellent English grammar and spelling.
· Ability to speak, read and write the English language fluently.
Qualification: Any Graduates or post graduates
