Responsible for organizing and filing loose reports and all related documention in patient charts. Distributes transcriptons to appropriate physicians. Provides back up for receptionists, pulls charts for next day's visits and pulls information off fax for nurses and physicians. Handles release of information requests. Maintains patient charts, both active and inactive.
